Luke 15:1-32

Reflection for 24th week of ordinary time, year C.

Some questions:

Can you identify (& maybe share) a time of chaos or crisis which resulted in a creative change of your perspective – return/rebirth?

How might we be experiencing this in the current climate of social/political/economic unsettlement?

How are you responding?“Returning to his father” caused further disruption – a new crisis.

How do we respond when we are overtaken by someone else’s crisis-driven change of agenda?

Pope Francis in Fratelli Tutti: “differences are creative; they create tension and in the resolution of tension lies humanity’s progress”. Flannel? sticking plaster? or courageous redemption?
