Session 3: Emotional and Spiritual Responses

Questions for Reflection in Pairs or Small Groups:

Part A

Using the first person (I), and present tense, describe the experience of being in the natural world that you have just got in touch with, as if it were happening to you now. One person describes first, and the other listens, then you swap roles.

Part B

Each of you take turns to finish the following sentences, speaking them out loud to each other:

• "Some things I love about being alive on Earth are..."

Part C

Each of you take turns to finish the following sentences, speaking them out loud to each other:

• "When I imagine the world we will leave the next generations, it looks like… "

• "One of my worst fears about the future is… "
