Stop The Arms Fair
Tuesday 14th September, at the Excel Centre, London.
Join FaithJustice, alongside our friends, for a day of protest and resistance against the DSEI Arms Fair.
Every two years the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) Arms fair takes place at the Excel Centre in London; it is one of the largest arms fairs in the world. The next edition is scheduled for 14-17 September 2021.
FaithJustice opposes this event, we do so in partnership with many other groups and organisation.
On 14 September we will gather outside the excel centre. Please register below for more information as plans develop.
"Equipment sold by companies present at DSEI have been used heavily by authoritarian regimes across the world, from Bahrain to Venezuela. It is often marketed as “non lethal” or “less lethal”, ignoring the fact that such weapons can and do kill and seriously injure, and that they are often used to quell legitimate dissent and protest."
